Connectify is a business communication and WhatsApp automation platform developed and operated by LifetimeSMS (Private) Limited, a company registered in Pakistan.
By accessing connectify.pk, creating a Connectify account or using our services, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

2. RELATIONSHIP WITH THE LIFETIMESMS PRIVACY POLICY
Connectify is a product of LifetimeSMS (Private) Limited.
The general LifetimeSMS Privacy Policy, available at https://lifetimesms.com/privacy-policy, also applies to Connectify where relevant.
This Connectify Privacy Policy provides additional information specifically concerning Connectify, WhatsApp Business Platform integrations and related automation services.
Where there is any difference concerning the operation of Connectify, this Connectify Privacy Policy will apply.
3. OUR ROLE IN PROCESSING DATA
When we collect information directly from Connectify customers for account administration, billing, security, support or platform management, LifetimeSMS (Private) Limited acts as the data controller.
When a Connectify customer uploads contacts, communicates with its customers or processes other individuals’ information through Connectify, the Connectify customer normally acts as the data controller and LifetimeSMS (Private) Limited acts as a data processor or service provider on that customer’s behalf.
Each Connectify customer is responsible for:
• Having a lawful reason to collect and process its customers’ information
• Obtaining all required WhatsApp messaging consent and opt-ins
• Providing its own privacy notice to its customers
• Respecting opt-out, blocking and deletion requests
• Following applicable laws and Meta and WhatsApp policies
4. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Depending on how Connectify is used, we may collect the following information:
ACCOUNT AND BUSINESS INFORMATION
• Name
• Email address
• Telephone or WhatsApp number
• Company name and business information
• Account username and authentication information
• Billing and subscription information
• Names and details of authorized team members
WHATSAPP AND META INTEGRATION INFORMATION
When you connect a WhatsApp Business Account through Meta, we may receive or process information authorized by you and made available by Meta, including:
• Meta Business Account identifiers
• WhatsApp Business Account identifiers
• WhatsApp phone number identifiers
• Business profile information
• Approved message templates
• Account status and messaging quality information
• Authentication tokens and technical identifiers required to maintain the integration
• Information about connected phone numbers and messaging accounts
We only request and process permissions and information required to provide Connectify services.
CUSTOMER COMMUNICATION DATA
When customers use Connectify, we may process:
• Customer and recipient names
• Telephone and WhatsApp numbers
• Contact lists and contact attributes
• Message content

• Images, documents, audio, video and other media
• Incoming and outgoing messages
• Message delivery, sent, delivered, read and failure status
• Campaign and audience information

5. HOW WE USE INFORMATION

• Authenticate users and protect account access
• Connect WhatsApp Business Accounts
• Send and receive messages requested by customers
• Operate campaigns, chatbots, workflows and automations
• Manage contacts, templates, conversations and team members
• Process API requests and webhooks
• Provide delivery reports and platform analytics

6. WHATSAPP AND META DATA
Connectify integrates with services provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. and its affiliates, including WhatsApp.
Information transmitted through the WhatsApp Business Platform may be processed by Meta and WhatsApp according to their own terms, policies and technical requirements.
Connectify does not control Meta’s independent processing of information.
We use WhatsApp-related information only to provide, maintain, secure and support the services requested by our customers.
We do not sell WhatsApp message content or use private message content to create advertising profiles.
Customers must only send messages to recipients who have provided valid consent where consent is required.
7. HOW WE SHARE INFORMATION
We may share information only when reasonably necessary with:
• Meta and WhatsApp for WhatsApp Business Platform services
• Cloud hosting, infrastructure and database providers
• Payment processors and billing providers
• Telecommunications and communication service providers
• Security, monitoring, analytics and fraud-prevention providers
• Customer support and technical service providers
• Professional advisers, auditors and regulatory consultants
• Government agencies or law-enforcement authorities where legally required
• A successor organization in connection with a lawful merger, acquisition, restructuring or transfer of business
Service providers may only access information required to perform their services and are expected to protect it appropriately.
We do not sell or rent personal information to third parties.
8. DATA STORAGE AND INTERNATIONAL PROCESSING
Connectify, Meta, WhatsApp and our service providers may process information in Pakistan or other countries where infrastructure or service providers operate.

• Provide Connectify services
• Maintain customer accounts
• Complete billing and financial records
• Resolve disputes and support requests
• Prevent fraud and misuse
• Maintain security and operational records
• Meet contractual, legal and regulatory requirements
Retention periods may vary according to the type of information, customer settings, contractual requirements and applicable law.
When information is no longer required, it may be deleted, anonymized or securely isolated from further use.
Backups may retain limited information for an additional period until they are overwritten through normal backup cycles.
11. CUSTOMER END-USER REQUESTS
If you received a WhatsApp message from a business using Connectify and wish to access, correct or delete your information, you should first contact the business that sent the message.
That business normally controls your information and determines why it is processed.
Where appropriate, we will assist Connectify customers in responding to valid data-protection requests.
12. YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS
Subject to applicable law, you may request to:
• Access personal information held about you
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete information
• Delete eligible personal information
• Restrict or object to certain processing
• Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent
• Obtain a portable copy of eligible information
• Opt out of direct marketing communications
• Submit a complaint concerning our handling of your information
We may request identity or account verification before completing a request.
13. DATA DELETION INSTRUCTIONS
Connectify customers may request deletion of their account and associated personal data by following these steps:
1. Send an email to [info@lifetimesms.com](mailto:info@lifetimesms.com).
2. Use the subject: Connectify Data Deletion Request.
3. Include your registered email address, company name and connected WhatsApp number.
4. Clearly state whether you want specific data deleted or your complete Connectify account deleted.
5. Our team may contact you to verify account ownership and prevent unauthorized deletion.
After verification, we will process the request within the period required by applicable law, except for information that must be retained for legal, taxation, billing, fraud-prevention, security or dispute-resolution purposes.
Where account deletion is available inside the Connectify dashboard, customers may also submit the request through that option.
Disconnecting Connectify from Meta or removing an integration does not necessarily delete information already stored in Connectify. A separate deletion request should be submitted using the instructions above.
Deleting data from Connectify does not automatically delete information independently held by Meta, WhatsApp or another third party. Requests concerning independently held data must be submitted directly to the relevant provider.
14. COOKIES
Connectify may use cookies and similar technologies to:
• Keep users signed in
• Maintain secure sessions
• Remember preferences
• Measure website and platform performance
• Detect security threats and misuse
Essential cookies may be necessary for the website and dashboard to operate correctly.
15. MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS

You may opt out of marketing emails by using the unsubscribe option in the message or by contacting us.
Important account, billing, legal and security communications may still be sent when necessary.

We do not knowingly create accounts for children or knowingly collect personal information directly from children without appropriate authorization.
Customers using Connectify are responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform complies with laws concerning children’s information.

We may preserve, access or disclose information where reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, a valid legal process, regulatory requirements or lawful requests from authorized public authorities.
We may also process information to protect the rights, security and integrity of Connectify, LifetimeSMS, our customers and other individuals.
