TERMS AND CONDITIONS Last Updated: 15 June 2026 These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of Connectify, a business communication and WhatsApp automation platform developed and operated by LifetimeSMS (Private) Limited. By visiting the Connectify website, creating an account, purchasing a subscription, connecting a WhatsApp Business Account or using any Connectify service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use Connectify. 1. RELATIONSHIP WITH LIFETIMESMS TERMS The general Terms and Conditions of LifetimeSMS (Private) Limited also apply to Connectify where relevant. These Connectify Terms provide additional conditions specifically relating to Connectify, the WhatsApp Business Platform, automation, campaigns, APIs, webhooks and associated services. Where there is a conflict concerning the use of Connectify, these Connectify Terms will apply. 3. DEFINITIONS In these Terms: “Connectify,” “we,” “us” and “our” refer to LifetimeSMS (Private) Limited and the Connectify platform. “Customer,” “you” and “your” refer to the individual, company or organization creating or using a Connectify account. “Authorized User” means an employee, agent, contractor or team member whom you authorize to use your account. “End User” means a person with whom you communicate using Connectify. “Customer Data” means contacts, messages, media, templates, account information, campaign data, chatbot data and other information submitted to or processed through Connectify. “Third-Party Services” include Meta, WhatsApp, hosting providers, payment processors, telecommunications providers, software integrations and other external services used with Connectify. 4. ACCEPTANCE AND AUTHORITY You may use Connectify only if: • You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. • You are at least 18 years old or have reached the legal age required in your jurisdiction. • You are authorized to act on behalf of the company or organization you register. • Your use of Connectify is permitted under applicable laws and regulations. If you create an account on behalf of a company or another person, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms on their behalf. 5. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES Connectify may provide services including: • WhatsApp Business Platform onboarding • WhatsApp Business Account integration • Embedded signup • Live chat and shared team inbox • Contact and audience management • Message template management • Marketing, utility and authentication messaging • Campaign creation and reporting • Chatbot and workflow automation • Agent and conversation assignment • API and webhook access • E-commerce and third-party integrations • Delivery reports and analytics • Multi-number management • Other business communication tools Available services, features and limits may depend on your selected plan, account eligibility, location, Meta approval and third-party service availability. 6. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION You must provide complete, accurate and current information when creating or maintaining an account. This may include: • Your legal or trading name • Company details • Email address • Telephone number • Business address • Tax or registration information • Billing details • Meta Business Account information • WhatsApp Business Account information You must update your information whenever it changes. We may request identity, business ownership, authorization, payment or compliance documents before activating or continuing a service. We may reject, suspend or terminate an account where information is false, incomplete, misleading or cannot be verified. 7. ACCOUNT SECURITY You are responsible for maintaining the security of: • Your username and password • API keys and access tokens • Meta Business Manager access • WhatsApp Business Account access • Connected phone numbers • Webhook credentials • Authorized team member accounts You must not share account credentials with unauthorized persons. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless caused directly by our proven failure to apply reasonable security measures. You must notify us immediately if you suspect: • Unauthorized account access • Theft or exposure of credentials • An unauthorized API integration • Compromise of a connected phone number • Any other security incident affecting Connectify We may temporarily restrict an account to protect the customer, End Users, Connectify or third-party platforms. 8. AUTHORIZED USERS You may grant account access only to Authorized Users who require access for legitimate business purposes. You are responsible for: • Managing their permissions • Removing access when no longer required • Ensuring they comply with these Terms • All activity performed through their accounts Actions taken by an Authorized User will be treated as actions taken by the Customer. 9. WHATSAPP AND META TERMS Connectify integrates with services operated by Meta and WhatsApp. Your use of those services is also subject to all applicable Meta and WhatsApp terms and policies, including: • WhatsApp Business Terms of Service • WhatsApp Business Solution Terms • WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy • WhatsApp Messaging Guidelines • WhatsApp Business Data Processing Terms • Meta Commerce Policies • Meta Platform Terms • Applicable technical and product documentation These third-party terms may change from time to time. You are responsible for reviewing and complying with their current versions. Where a Meta or WhatsApp requirement is stricter than these Terms, the applicable Meta or WhatsApp requirement will apply to your use of their services. 10. NO GUARANTEE OF META APPROVAL Connectify cannot guarantee: • Approval of a Meta Business Account • Approval of a WhatsApp Business Account • Verification of a business or display name • Approval of a message template • Restoration of a suspended account • Maintenance of a particular messaging limit • Availability of a specific WhatsApp feature • Approval of a phone number or business category • A specific message quality rating Meta and WhatsApp independently control their platforms, reviews, approvals, policies, restrictions and enforcement decisions. We may assist with onboarding or support requests, but the final decision remains with Meta or WhatsApp. 11. CUSTOMER CONSENT AND OPT-IN RESPONSIBILITIES You may contact an End User through WhatsApp only when: • The End User has provided their mobile number to you. • You have obtained valid permission to contact them where required. • The person reasonably expects the type of communication being sent. • Your communication complies with applicable laws and platform policies. You are solely responsible for: • Collecting valid and lawful opt-in consent • Keeping evidence of consent • Clearly explaining the type of messages recipients will receive • Obtaining separate consent where required for different message categories • Providing a clear method to opt out • Respecting all unsubscribe, block and stop requests • Removing opted-out recipients from future campaigns Purchasing, scraping, copying or using contact lists without valid authorization is prohibited. 12. CUSTOMER COMMUNICATION RULES When using Connectify, you must: • Use accurate business identity and contact information. • Communicate only for legitimate business purposes. • Use approved message templates where required. • Use each template only for its approved category and purpose. • Follow applicable customer service window requirements. • Provide reasonable access to human support or another clear escalation method when automation is used. • Avoid excessive, repetitive, misleading or unexpected messages. • Promptly process opt-out requests. • Monitor user complaints, blocks and negative feedback. • Maintain your own customer support contact details. • Publish an appropriate privacy policy for your business. • Follow applicable marketing, consumer protection and data protection laws. 13. PROHIBITED USE You must not use Connectify to: • Send spam or unsolicited messages. • Send messages without required consent. • Harass, threaten, deceive, defraud or intimidate anyone. • Impersonate another person, company, brand or government authority. • Misrepresent your identity, products, services or affiliation. • Send unlawful, defamatory, abusive, obscene, hateful or discriminatory content. • Promote terrorism, organized crime, violence or exploitation. • Facilitate fraud, phishing, scams or financial deception. • Distribute malware, viruses or harmful code. • Infringe copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights or other legal rights. • Collect personal information without lawful authority. • Request or transmit complete payment card numbers, account passwords or other highly sensitive identifiers through insecure messaging. • Promote illegal products or services. • Promote regulated or restricted goods except where expressly permitted by applicable laws and current WhatsApp policies. • Conduct prohibited political campaigning or political messaging. • Circumvent messaging limits, account restrictions or platform controls. • Create or operate unauthorized WhatsApp accounts. • Interfere with the security, performance or availability of Connectify. • Attempt unauthorized access to any system, account, database or network. • Reverse engineer, copy, modify or reproduce Connectify software. • Use automated tools to scrape or extract Connectify data without permission. • Resell or sublicense Connectify unless authorized by us in writing. • Use Connectify in any manner that may damage Connectify, LifetimeSMS, Meta, WhatsApp, a telecommunications provider or another person. 14. RESTRICTED INDUSTRIES AND CONTENT Certain industries, products and services may be restricted or prohibited by Meta, WhatsApp, Pakistani law or the laws of a recipient’s jurisdiction. Restrictions may apply to areas including: • Weapons and firearms • Alcohol and tobacco • Prescription and recreational drugs • Healthcare products and services • Gambling and gaming • Financial products • Cryptocurrency and virtual assets • Hazardous materials • Adult products and services • Political organizations and campaigns • Government, law-enforcement or military use You are responsible for determining whether your business, content and intended communications are permitted. Where licensing, age restrictions, geographic restrictions or regulatory approvals apply, you must maintain all required licenses and safeguards. We may refuse, restrict or discontinue services for any business or content that creates legal, regulatory, operational or platform risk. 15. MESSAGE TEMPLATES AND CAMPAIGNS Message templates remain subject to Meta’s approval, review, pausing, categorization and rejection. Approval of a template does not guarantee that: • Every message will be delivered. • The template will remain approved permanently. • The template will retain the same category. • The account will not be restricted. • Charges will remain unchanged. You are responsible for reviewing the final campaign content, recipient list, schedule, template variables and consent status before sending. Connectify is not responsible for losses caused by incorrect campaign settings, customer-provided content, duplicate contacts, inaccurate variables or unauthorized recipient lists. 16. MESSAGE DELIVERY Message delivery may depend on: • Meta and WhatsApp systems • Recipient device status • Internet connectivity • Telecommunications networks • Account quality and messaging limits • Template approval • Recipient consent and blocking status • Country or regulatory restrictions • Third-party outages or security measures We do not guarantee that every message will be sent, delivered, read or responded to. Delivery reports and analytics are based on information received from applicable platforms and may be delayed, incomplete or changed. 17. AUTOMATION AND CHATBOTS You are responsible for configuring and reviewing your chatbot flows, triggers, replies, integrations and automated actions. You must ensure that automation: • Does not mislead users into believing it is a human where such disclosure is legally required. • Provides a reasonable support or escalation method. • Does not collect unnecessary or prohibited sensitive information. • Does not send messages without valid permission. • Does not generate unlawful or harmful content. • Is regularly reviewed for accuracy and continued compliance. We are not responsible for customer-configured automation that sends incorrect, outdated or unauthorized information. 18. ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE AND BUSINESS DATA Any artificial intelligence integration used with Connectify must comply with current Meta and WhatsApp terms. Unless expressly permitted by applicable platform terms and authorized in writing, you must not use WhatsApp Business Solution Data to create, develop, train or improve general-purpose artificial intelligence or machine-learning models. You are responsible for any third-party artificial intelligence provider connected to your account and for ensuring that Customer Data is processed only for authorized business purposes. 19. CUSTOMER DATA AND CONTENT You retain ownership of Customer Data and content submitted through Connectify. You grant LifetimeSMS (Private) Limited a limited, non-exclusive right to host, transmit, process, reproduce and display Customer Data only as reasonably necessary to: • Provide Connectify services • Deliver requested messages • Maintain account functionality • Provide support • Prevent abuse and security incidents • Meet legal and regulatory requirements You confirm that you have all required rights, permissions and lawful grounds to provide and process Customer Data through Connectify. You are solely responsible for the legality, accuracy and content of your messages, media, contacts, campaigns and integrations. 20. DATA PROTECTION AND PRIVACY Our handling of personal information is described in the Connectify Privacy Policy. When Connectify processes End User information on your instructions, you normally act as the data controller and LifetimeSMS (Private) Limited acts as your processor or service provider. You are responsible for: • Providing an appropriate privacy notice to End Users • Establishing a lawful basis for processing • Obtaining required consent • Responding to access, correction, objection and deletion requests • Limiting collection to information reasonably required • Protecting exported or downloaded information • Following applicable privacy and data protection laws Where necessary, the parties may enter into a separate data processing agreement. 21. DATA DELETION You may request account or personal data deletion according to the instructions published on the Connectify Data Deletion page. Certain information may be retained where required for: • Legal compliance • Taxation and accounting • Billing records • Fraud prevention • Security investigations • Dispute resolution • Enforcement of these Terms Deleting or disconnecting a WhatsApp or Meta integration does not automatically delete information independently held by Meta, WhatsApp or another third party. 22. API AND WEBHOOK USE Where Connectify provides API or webhook access, you must: • Keep credentials secure. • Use the API only for authorized business purposes. • Follow documentation and usage limits. • Validate incoming webhook requests where supported. • Protect all information received through integrations. • Avoid excessive requests or activity that harms platform performance. • Immediately revoke exposed credentials. We may impose rate limits, modify API functionality or disable integrations that create security, stability, compliance or operational risks. 23. THIRD-PARTY INTEGRATIONS Connectify may allow integrations with websites, applications, CRM systems, e-commerce platforms and other services. You are responsible for: • Selecting and authorizing third-party integrations • Reviewing their terms and privacy practices • Configuring integrations correctly • Ensuring that data sharing is lawful • Revoking access when no longer needed We are not responsible for the availability, security, accuracy or conduct of independent third-party services. 24. SERVICE AVAILABILITY We will use reasonable efforts to make Connectify available and operational. However, Connectify is provided on an “as available” basis and may be affected by: • Scheduled or emergency maintenance • Meta or WhatsApp outages • Internet or telecommunications failures • Hosting or infrastructure failures • Cyberattacks or security incidents • Regulatory restrictions • Changes to third-party APIs • Events beyond our reasonable control We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, replace, suspend or discontinue a feature where reasonably necessary for security, legal, commercial, technical or platform-policy reasons. 25. SUPPORT Support may be provided through email, telephone, WhatsApp, support tickets or other channels made available by Connectify. Support availability and response times may depend on: • Your subscription plan • The nature of the issue • Business hours • Third-party platform response times • The information provided by you You must provide accurate details, screenshots, logs and other reasonable information required to investigate a support request. 26. FEES AND PAYMENT You agree to pay all applicable subscription, usage, onboarding, integration, messaging and other charges associated with your account. Charges may include: • Connectify subscription fees • Message or conversation charges • Meta or WhatsApp charges • Integration or setup fees • Additional number or team member charges • Taxes, bank fees or payment processing fees Prices may be displayed through the dashboard, website, invoice, quotation or service agreement. You are responsible for ensuring sufficient balance or an active subscription before using paid services. 27. THIRD-PARTY PRICING Meta, WhatsApp, telecommunications providers and other third parties may change their pricing, billing categories, taxes or charging methods. Where third-party charges increase or change, we may update the applicable Connectify charges without being able to provide advance notice in every case. You remain responsible for charges incurred through your account according to the pricing applicable when the charge occurs. 28. TAXES Prices may exclude applicable taxes unless expressly stated otherwise. You are responsible for paying all taxes, duties, levies, withholding obligations and government charges applicable to your purchase or use of Connectify. Where required by law, we may collect and remit applicable taxes. 29. REFUNDS Payments and prepaid balances are generally non-refundable once credited, allocated, consumed or used to activate a service, except where: • Required by applicable law • Expressly stated in our Refund Policy • Approved by LifetimeSMS (Private) Limited in writing Third-party charges already incurred on your behalf are non-refundable unless the relevant provider refunds those charges to us. Account suspension or termination caused by your violation of these Terms does not create a right to a refund. 30. CHANGES TO PLANS AND PRICING We may change plans, features, usage limits and prices from time to time. Where reasonably possible, material changes affecting an active paid subscription will be communicated through the website, dashboard, invoice, email or other appropriate method. Continued use after the effective date of a change constitutes acceptance of the updated pricing or plan. 31. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY Connectify, LifetimeSMS, associated software, dashboards, designs, documentation, databases, trademarks, logos and website content are owned by or licensed to LifetimeSMS (Private) Limited. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Connectify for your internal business purposes. You may not: • Copy or reproduce Connectify software • Sell, rent or sublicense platform access • Remove proprietary notices • Reverse engineer or decompile the software • Create a competing product using our protected materials • Use our branding without written permission No ownership rights are transferred to you. 32. CUSTOMER FEEDBACK Where you voluntarily provide suggestions or feedback regarding Connectify, we may use that feedback to improve our services without creating an obligation to compensate you. We will not identify you publicly in connection with feedback without permission. 33. CONFIDENTIALITY Each party must protect confidential information received from the other party and use it only for the purposes of providing or receiving the services. Confidential information does not include information that: • Is already publicly available without breach • Was lawfully known before disclosure • Is received lawfully from another source • Is independently developed without using confidential information • Must be disclosed by law or a lawful authority This section survives termination of the account. 34. SUSPENSION We may immediately suspend or restrict an account where we reasonably believe: • These Terms have been violated. • Spam or unauthorized messaging is occurring. • End Users are submitting significant complaints or blocks. • Meta or WhatsApp has restricted the account. • Payment is overdue. • Account information is false or misleading. • The account creates a security or legal risk. • Fraudulent or unlawful activity is suspected. • Suspension is required by a regulator, court or platform provider. Where appropriate and legally permitted, we may notify you and provide an opportunity to correct the issue. We are not required to continue service where doing so may violate law, third-party policies or security requirements. 35. TERMINATION BY CUSTOMER You may stop using Connectify and request account closure at any time. Before closing your account, you are responsible for: • Paying outstanding charges • Exporting any information you wish to retain • Disconnecting integrations where appropriate • Informing your Authorized Users Termination does not cancel charges incurred before closure. 36. TERMINATION BY CONNECTIFY We may terminate an account: • For a material breach of these Terms • For repeated policy violations • For non-payment • For illegal, fraudulent or harmful use • Where required by Meta, WhatsApp or another platform provider • Where required by law or a competent authority • Where providing the service is no longer technically, legally or commercially possible • Where the account has remained inactive for an extended period Where reasonably possible, we will provide notice before termination unless immediate action is required. 37. EFFECT OF TERMINATION When an account is terminated: • Your right to use Connectify ends. • API and dashboard access may be disabled. • Connected integrations may stop functioning. • Outstanding charges become payable. • Data may be retained or deleted according to our Privacy Policy and legal obligations. • Provisions intended to survive termination will remain effective. Termination of Connectify does not automatically terminate your independent agreement with Meta, WhatsApp or another provider. 38. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES To the maximum extent permitted by law, Connectify is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that: • The service will always be available. • Every message will be delivered. • Every integration will remain compatible. • Meta or WhatsApp will approve or retain your account. • The service will meet every individual business requirement. • The platform will be completely free from errors or interruptions. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded. 39. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LifetimeSMS (Private) Limited will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary or consequential losses, including: • Loss of profits • Loss of revenue • Loss of business opportunities • Loss of goodwill • Loss of anticipated savings • Loss caused by delayed or failed messages • Loss caused by Meta or WhatsApp restrictions • Loss of data resulting from customer action • Third-party service failures • Unauthorized activity caused by compromised customer credentials Our liability will not be excluded where exclusion is prohibited by applicable law. 40. CUSTOMER INDEMNITY You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless LifetimeSMS (Private) Limited, Connectify and their directors, employees, agents and affiliates against claims, losses, penalties, damages and reasonable legal expenses arising from: • Your Customer Data or message content • Your violation of these Terms • Your violation of Meta or WhatsApp policies • Your failure to obtain valid consent • Your unlawful marketing activity • Your infringement of third-party rights • Your products, services or transactions with End Users • Activity performed through your account • Regulatory fines caused by your actions This obligation applies to the extent permitted by law. 41. CUSTOMER TRANSACTIONS Connectify provides communication technology and is not normally a party to transactions between you and your customers. You are solely responsible for: • Your products and services • Prices and product descriptions • Order fulfilment • Refunds and warranties offered to customers • Customer complaints • Taxes and regulatory obligations • Sales terms provided to End Users Connectify does not guarantee the quality, legality or delivery of products or services promoted by Customers. 42. NO EMERGENCY USE Connectify and WhatsApp Business services are not emergency communication services. You must not rely on Connectify to contact police, fire, ambulance, hospitals or other emergency services. You are responsible for maintaining appropriate alternative communication methods. 43. FORCE MAJEURE Neither party will be liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, including: • Natural disasters • War, civil unrest or terrorism • Government action • Regulatory restrictions • Internet or power failures • Telecommunications outages • Third-party platform failures • Cyberattacks • Labour disputes • Epidemics or public emergencies • Failure of Meta, WhatsApp, hosting or network providers 44. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS We may update these Terms when: • Connectify services change • Third-party platform terms change • Legal or regulatory requirements change • Security or operational requirements change The latest version will be published on this page with an updated revision date. Where reasonably possible, material changes may also be communicated through the dashboard or email. Your continued use of Connectify after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those Terms. 45. NOTICES We may send notices through: • Your registered email address • The Connectify dashboard • Website announcements • Invoices • Support communications You are responsible for keeping your email address and account information current. 46. ASSIGNMENT You may not transfer your account or rights under these Terms without our written permission. We may transfer or assign our rights and obligations to an affiliate, successor or purchaser of all or part of the relevant business, subject to applicable law. 47. NO WAIVER Failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce it later. 48. SEVERABILITY If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply. 49. ENTIRE AGREEMENT These Terms, together with the Connectify Privacy Policy, Data Deletion Instructions, applicable Refund Policy, selected plan, invoice, order form and any separately signed agreement, form the agreement between you and LifetimeSMS (Private) Limited concerning Connectify. A separately signed written agreement will prevail to the extent that it expressly conflicts with these online Terms. 50. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through good-faith discussion will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Lahore, Pakistan, unless applicable law requires otherwise. 51. Connectify’s integration with third-party platforms remains subject to the applicable platform’s terms, policies, technical requirements and availability.
