DATA DELETION
Connectify users may request deletion of their account and associated personal data by emailing [info@lifetimesms.com](mailto:info@lifetimesms.com) with the subject “Connectify Data Deletion Request.”
Please include:
• Your registered email address
• Your company name
• Your connected WhatsApp number
• Whether you require specific data or the complete account to be deleted
We may contact you to verify account ownership. After verification, eligible data will be deleted within the period required by applicable law, except where retention is required for legal, billing, security, fraud-prevention or dispute-resolution purposes.
Deleting Connectify data does not automatically delete information independently held by Meta or WhatsApp.
